Opleiding: SAP BW Getting Professional Delta BW7.0 Enterprise Data Warehousing

Leerdoel

This training will provide you with knowledge and expertise on the Enterprise Data Warehousing functionality in SAP NetWeaver 2004s BI (BW7.0), compared to the previous versions of BW3.x.


SAP Netweaver 2004s BI (BW7.0) will provide a foundation for reporting and analytics in business applications, extend the reach towards masses of end-users, integrate planning into user interfaces and services and push forward its role as strategic data warehouse platform. 

 

After attending this training module, the participant will have the basic knowledge and skills to use and customize the new Enterprise Data Warehousing features in SAP NetWeaver 2004s BI (BW7.0), compared to the previous version BW3.x.
The new functionality in BW7.0 regarding reporting tools and Integrated Planning is NOT part of this delta training. This functionality is covered in separate delta BW7.0 training modules.

Doelgroep

This training module is intended for solution consultants. The objective is to learn how to model the new Enterprise Data Warehousing features in SAP NetWeaver 2004s BI (BW7.0) by customizing it to specific business needs. This intensive, individual and flexible training module focuses not only on knowledge but also strongly on skills.

  • New Data Flow concept;
  • Extended functions of Process Chains;
  • Direct Access and Real Time Data Acquisition;
  • BI Accelerator;
  • Enhanced Performance Improvements;
  • Administrator Cockpit and BI Statistics.

 

The training module is available in version 7.0 in English

 

Toelatingseisen

The participant should have attended the training modules:

  • SAP Getting Acquainted Business Information Warehouse (in version 3.x)
  • SAP Module Training Getting Professional Business Information Warehouse (in version 3.x)

 

Or otherwise be familiar with the Data Warehouse features of SAP BW version 3.x.
