Opleiding: SAP ECC Getting Acquainted Sales and Distribution

Leerdoel

In this course you will register an inquiry of one of your potential customers and then create a quotation based on that inquiry. In the next step you will convert the quotation into a sales order, which completes the sales tasks. As part of shipping you will create delivery documents and to conclude you will create the invoice belonging to the sales order, which is part of billing.

Supported by master data and based on the organizational structure in SAP the Sales and Distribution process is described in the training SAPGASD. When you have performed all these steps, you get a good overview of the end user functionality in the Sales and Distribution process.

After the training module the participant will be able to perform basic sales, shipping and billing functions within the SAP ECC system in the business solution SAP Supply Chain Management, mainly on the user side. It gives the participant a global overview of the logistic business processes. The training module is based on performing hands-on excercises. The training module provides a foundation for the 'Getting Professional Sales and Distribution' courses.

Doelgroep

This training module is intended for (key) users, project team members, Sales and Distribution consultants and project leaders. The objective is not only to understand the functional processes on the user side of the Sales side of the Supply Chain management system, but also to learn to use them. The focus is on the functionality of the Supply Chain Management system rather than the customization of it. It provides intensive, individual hands-on training, applicable to everyday routine.

Toelatingseisen

The participant should have attended the SAP ECC Getting Started training module and have a basic knowledge of logistics business processes.
