Opleiding: SAP ECC Getting Professional MM Invoice Verification

Leerdoel

When a vendor has send some materials they always send an invoice for this. To be able to book these invoices with all kinds off possible variances you need to make settings in the SAP system. You also need to know how to deal with delivery costs, taxes or discounts. These topics and some additional special cases are trained within this training module.

 

After this training module on the getting professional level the participant will be able to perform 'Invoice Verification' functions within the SAP ECC system in the business solution SAP SCM for Procurement. Furthermore will the participant be able to decide about customizing issues and to customize the most important functions.

 

Doelgroep

This training module is intended for solution consultants. This intensive, individual and flexible training module focuses not only on knowledge but also strongly on skills.

 

Programma

The following subjects are part of this training module:

  • Checking invoices including credit memo's and subsequent debits/credits
  • Taxes and cash discounts
  • Invoices with variances and release blocked invoices
  • Invoice receipt of delivery costs
  • Special topics like settle goods receipt without invoice receipt

 

The training module covers the way Invoice Verification is organized as part of the MM-module. It describes the way invoices are entered and verified including the financial postings.

 

The training module is concluded by a test.

 

The training module is available in:

SAP ECC (version 6.0) in English

 

Toelatingseisen

The participant should have attended the SAP ECC Getting Started, the SAP ECC Getting Acquainted Logistics and the SAP ECC Getting Professional Logistics General training module.
