When you are a Business or IT Architect who considers or plans to exploit the architecture framework TOGAF in Enterprise Architecture Projects, this is the Boot Camp that fits your interest. In a comprehensive way the course covers the different features of TOGAF9 in one week! It explains the TOGAF9 methodology (Architecture Development Method) and key concepts such as the Enterprise Continuum and the Content Framework. The TOGAF9 Certified Boot Camp provides you with the knowledge and insights you need to use TOGAF effectively in your enterprise architecture work and to pass the exam for acquiring your ‘TOGAF9 Certified’ certification. This exam is part of the training course and will be held on the last training day.

At the end of this training course you have the knowledge and insight you need to use TOGAF effectively in your enterprise architecture work and to pass the ‘TOGAF9 Certified’ exam. The exam is part of the training course.

Doelgroep

This course is suited for you when you are working as a (starting) architect within an architecture based on the TOGAF framework. The course is also suited for architects pursuing the certification ‘TOGAF9 Certified’.

Programma

The content of this training course is consistent with the Key Learning Points as prescribed by The Open Group. The main structure of this training course is:

• Introduction in TOGAF9 (TOGAF9 Components, concepts and ADM overview) 
• Context and Project establishment (Preliminary phase, Phase A, Architecture capability and Architecture Governance) 
• Architecture Design (Phase B, C and D and related topics like Building Blocks, Enterprise Continuum and Content Framework) 
• Implementation Design (Phase E and F) 
• Governance structure (Architecture governance structure, Phase G and H) 
• Requirements Management 
• Integrative subjects (topics like SOA, Security, and Iteration in the ADM) 
• Exam

This training course uses a variety of active didactical forms to make you familiar with all the content of TOGAF9.

• To prepare you for the exam, which will take place on the last afternoon of the training course, you will be practicing exam questions every training day. 
• Before the start of this training course you will need about 16 to 24 hours of preparation and study. 
• During the training course week, you will need about four hours of study and preparation each day.
