How can you take continuously changing circumstances surrounding the project into consideration? How can you manage risks and complex issues? How can you monitor the situation and make adjustments to achieve a good project result? These are typical questions that are dealt with during the PRINCE2 Practitioner training course. In this Englishlanguage training course, you can intensify your knowledge and skills relating to the PRINCE2 methodology in the English language, which is the language of communication for PRINCE2. This course in English is ideal for project managers who work or would like to work in an international environment.
