Leerdoel

Tijdens deze training combineert u de PRINCE2® Foundation en de PRINCE2® Practitioner training. Bij de PRINCE2® Foundation training kunt u kiezen uit de Nederlandse of de Engelse versie. De PRINCE2® Practitioner training is alleen in het Engels beschikbaar. Beide trainingen volgt u via internet.

De training combineert interactieve multi-media oefeningen met een examen simulator. De voorbeelden en opdrachten zijn speciaal voor deze training geschreven door gekwalificeerde, ervaren PRINCE2® trainers.Tevens zijn er case studies en templates beschikbaar, met oefenexamens en antwoorden, zodat er voldoende mogelijkheid is om te oefenen.

Deze training bereidt u voor op zowel het PRINCE2® Foundation examen als het PRINCE2® Practitioner examen. U dient eerst het Foundation examen te behalen voordat u het Practitioner examen aflegt.

De training wordt uitgevoerd in samenwerking met ILX als Accredited Training Organisation.

During this online training programme, you will combine the PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner training programmes. The PRINCE2® Foundation training programme can be followed in English as well as Dutch. The PRINCE2® Practitioner training programme is available in the English language only. You will follow both training programmes via the Internet.

The training programme combines interactive multimedia exercises with an examination simulator. The examples and assignments have been developed especially for this training programme by highly qualified and experienced PRINCE2® teachers. Case studies and templates are also available. They provide practice examinations and answers, giving you ample opportunity to exercise.

This training programme prepares you for both the PRINCE2® Foundation examination and the PRINCE2® Practitioner examination. You need to successfully pass the PRINCE2® Foundation examination before you can take the PRINCE2® Practitioner examination.

The training programme is offered in cooperation with ILX, an Accredited Training Organisation

• Set up projects, including customization based on the PRINCE2® methodology
• Manage a project in terms of time, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risks
• Prepared to take the PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner examinations based on the 2009 manual

Structure and Duration

This is an online self-study programme which can be started at any time. You will have access to the online study environment for a period of 6 months. The training programme requires about 46 hours of study.
