This training deals with ethical issues and dilemmas of a securities specialist.
You learn to analyse real-life cases during which we touch upon the meaning of professional ethics and integrity

- Financial analysts (who want to be enrolled/registered in one of the DSI-registers)
Securities specialists who want to enroll in one of the registers of the Dutch Securities Institute (DSI) have to follow the DSI-Integrity module and a training in ethics. The NIBE-SVV training Ethics meets the DSI requirements.
Programma
Prior to this afternoon training (13.00 - 17.00) you will receive a workbook.
In the workbook you will find the following subjects:
Chapter 1:
Ethics as professional proficiency and responsibility
- Integrity as a professional responsibility of the securities specialist
- Basic values in securities trade
- Real-life integrity issues of securities traders, investment advisers, portfolio managers and financial analysts
- Rules of conduct based upon findings of DSI Complaints Committee
- Strategies to handle integrity problems
NB: This chapter is a compilation of chapter 1 and chapter 6 of the DSI-Integrity module. If you have already studied this course, you can skip this chapter.
