When we say "entrepreneurial manager" we mean a person who is results-driven, focused, self-starting, imaginative, adaptable and resolute.
The entrepreneurial manager is one whose skills and abilities are flexible and transferable in two essential ways - institutionally and internationally. A manager who possesses these qualities has the potential to create a wealth of new business opportunities.
We help you to become a manager who empowers, motivates and inspires colleagues, while building and maintaining contacts within and outside an organization. This entails developing the skills that will allow you to recognize and solve potential problems when - or even before - they present themselves. You will accomplish this by learning to communicate effectively with superiors and colleagues, as well as across company and international boundaries.
Nyenrode Business Universiteit's Part-time MBA program is a general management program that combines the tools and methods necessary to achieve this position in any environment. It does not matter whether you come from a small start-up or an established multi-national. The knowledge and skills you will acquire are directly applicable to your organization.

The Part-time MBA is designed for participants with the following qualifications:
- A bachelor degree or higher (e.g. HBO or university degree)
- At least 4 years of working experience
- International and ambitious outlook
- Willingness to embrace the rigors of combining work and study
- Thorough command of written and spoken English
