ORSC Intermediate (CRR global)

Leerdoel

The ORSC? program is the first International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited program of its kind. It shifts the coaching focus from the individuals to the relationship itself. The entire program is geared to providing the theory, skills and competency to successfully work with relationship systems.

The breakthrough paradigm shift is holding the relationship as the client, rather than each individual involved in the system. This subtle shift has a profound impact on your coaching.

The ORSC? Program was developed in response to the expressed desire of coaches as well as allied professionals to develop skills, competency and confidence in being able to expertly work with relationship systems in a new way. It pioneers a breakthrough integrative model that introduces a Unified Field Theory derived from Co-Active Coaching?, Systems Theory, Process Work, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Quantum Physics and Taoism.

Outcomes

As a result of taking this course all participants will:

  • practice integrating the skills and tools of Relationship Intelligence, System Geography and Relationship Path so that these can be utilized fluidly and flexibly as the situation demands;
  • be able to apply coaching techniques for deepening and managing emotionally intense issues in both intimate and organizational relationships;
  • know how to identify and diminish highly negative conflict styles (called the 'four horsemen of the apocalypse');
  • understand the function of relationship structures such as outer and inner roles for providing stability to business and personal relationships;
  • recognize the need for periodic change in these structures in order to avoid 'role nausea' and role rigidity over time. You will also have the coaching tools necessary to assist relationships in reviewing and updating roles;
  • have a concrete model and tools for working with diversity issues in both organizational and personal settings (My Land, Your Land, Our Land). You will have the opportunity to practice these tools in an organizational vignette;
  • be able to identify three critical components of relationship fulfillment (values, myth, relationship as spiritual path, etc.);
  • know three ways of uncovering relationship values;
  • understand the impact of value conflicts and disappointed expectations on relationship and know three tools for working with them.

Program

Using a combination of scenarios and live material, participants receive hands-on course in the use of cutting edge systems technology to practice in a variety of market niches. This terrain immediately provides the systems worker with a choice, both of where and how to engage with the system.

The Program series is comprised of five modules. The first in the series is Fundamentals, a foundational course delivered over two days. Fundamentals is a prerequisite for the Program series and is sequentially followed by Intermediate, consisting of four modules called: Relationship Intelligence, Systems Geography, Relationship Path and Systems Coaching Integration. Each one of these four modules is a three-day, experiential course.

The focus is on participation and practical experience rather than lecture, with numerous opportunities to coach and receive feedback on your newly acquired coaching skills. At the end of the program you will have a very clear idea just how ORSC? might fit into your life. The modules will be given in English by two experienced international coaches of the Center for Right Relationship (CRR Global).
