What better to prepare young minds for a successful professional career than to offer them a global look at management? The best way to show the next generation of leaders how businesses work in different regions is by showing them up close. By letting students experience different cultures and learning about the importance of diversity, trust, cooperation and welfare, they will extract key lessons about professional do’s and don’ts, as well as how to be a more balanced human being. As a result, these future leaders will discover that what is good for business, can also be good for society.
This 3Continent Master of Global Management offers recent university graduates a state of the art insight in global management, while experiencing real-life three major global cultures and (business) societies: Europe, India and the USA. In each region, a proficient internationally diverse faculty exposes the cohort to a unique learning experience equally building on the specific local society and business features. The value proposition of 3C MGM is distinctive in multiple senses, such as the underpinning philosophy (Global Citizenship for next generation professionals), the overall approach (12 months consisting of 4 months at the 3 program locations) and the true immersion in 3 global cultures, societies and business contexts.
After attending this program
- You will have acquired a sound basis in organization theory and the theory and concepts of all major functional areas in business economics, management and its strategic implementation
- You are trained in a variety of business skills and attitudes, e.g. multicultural awareness, trust building, entrepreneurship, negotiating, self and group assessments, creativity, perseverance, teamwork and leadership
- You will have developed a global perspective on business and a different outlook on life
- You will be able to truthfully respond to your personal leadership ambitions and wishes for a global career path

Doelgroep
This program is designed for:
Recent university graduates (or students with equivalent degrees) who want to pursue a career in an international business environment, either for a local company with important business activities abroad, or for multinational companies. 3C MGM students have a 'global citizen' attitude, want to experience diversity and are much open to question themselves as next generation leaders. Candidates with limited work experience who are looking to redirect their career into an international direction are equally welcome to apply.
Programma
The program consists of 14 courses spread in blocks of 4 months starting in Europe (Antwerp), followed by India (Bhubaneswar), ending in the USA. (New York). This is a cohort program, where the entire group passes through the same study program and jointly builds the process.
Integrated throughout the program, and spread out over all three regional residencies, students will work intensively on a personal development portfolio, exploring a broad range of personal capabilities, leadership styles, group and team behavior, career development,...

Toelatingseisen
Recent graduates or students who will complete a university degree (a full-time, 4 year undergraduate degree or equivalent) in the near future, with an excellent and active knowledge of English. Candidates with limited work experience are also welcome to apply.
