Leerdoel
In Delft TopTech's Master of Business in Energy systems krijgen professionals en managers de juiste inhoudelijke bagage om hun organisatie te leiden naar een succesvolle toekomst. Een toekomst die bepaald wordt door nieuwe technologieën en nieuwe markten. Daarom is het programma gericht op de integratie van business en techniek en leert de deelnemer verschillende energiesystemen te combineren.
Doelgroep
Deelnemers zijn werkzaam in energiebedrijven, adviesorganisaties, industrie en overheid. Veelal geven ze leiding aan veranderingsprocessen en innovaties.
Programma
Het programma bestaat uit drie delen: het Technisch deel, het Business deel en het Masterdeel. Cases spelen een belangrijke rol om het geleerde tijdens de opleiding te spiegelen aan de praktijk. Het Technisch deel en het Business deel kunnen ook afzonderlijk worden gevolgd, waardoor de opleiding gespreid kan worden over meerdere jaren. In het Masterblok worden het Technisch blok en het Business blok geïntegreerd.
Toelatingseisen
We richten ons op kandidaten met een afgeronde universitaire opleiding en circa vijf jaar relevante werkervaring. Een technische vooropleiding is geen vereiste. Kandidaten met een HBO-opleiding kunnen ook in aanmerking komen voor de opleiding. Toelating is afhankelijk van uw curriculum vitae, uw ervaring, motivatie en het toelatingsgesprek met de programmadirecteur. Indien nodig volgt u vooraf een zelfstudieprogramma.

After the Master
Those who participate in Delft TopTech’s Master of Business in Energy systems can complete their Master degree in a relatively short period of time while acquiring new knowledge and skills without interrupting their career. They will learn how to address strategic issues and augment their specialist fields. In our programme academic standards are carefully maintained to ensure the integrity of the degree gained. As a result, the potential educational benefits for the participant are great and the degree gained a true professional credential. Our participants frequently make good career moves, both within and outside their organisations, within a few years of graduating. They establish networks of highly skilled colleagues which will stay with them for life. Their relationships with other participants change from being fellow participants to being business partners. If you take part in the course you will study with and learn from a select group of peers, thus strengthening your leadership and interpersonal skills. While in the programme participants will have access to a network of high-quality executive managers and professors.
