De opleiding Master of IT Management geeft u de kennis om IT en business op elkaar af te stemmen.
Doelgroep
Het programma is ontworpen voor professionals die werkzaam zijn in de informatietechnologie, zoals bijvoorbeeld pas aangestelde CIO's, IT-directeuren en ervaren informatiemanagers, IT-managers en programmamanagers.
Programma
Zes modules in combinatie met individuele coaching om IT-leiders op te leiden. Het programma is verdeeld in vijf onderling samenhangende modules en eindigt met een mastermodule over bedrijfsinnovatie. De essentiële kwestie van IT Governance vormt de basis voor het curriculum.
Toelatingseisen
We richten ons op kandidaten met een afgeronde universitaire opleiding en circa vijf jaar relevante werkervaring. Een technische vooropleiding is geen vereiste. Kandidaten met een HBO-opleiding kunnen ook in aanmerking komen voor de opleiding. Toelating is afhankelijk van uw curriculum vitae, uw ervaring, motivatie en het toelatingsgesprek met de programmadirecteur. Indien nodig volgt u vooraf een zelfstudieprogramma.

After the master programme
Those who participate in Delft TopTech’s Master of IT Management programme can complete their Master’s degree in a relatively short period of time while acquiring new knowledge and skills without interrupting their career. They will learn how to address strategic issues and augment their specialist fields. In our programme academic standards are carefully maintained to ensure the integrity of the degree gained. As a result, the potential educational benefits for the
participant are great and the degree gained a true professional credential.
Our participants frequently make good career moves, both within and outside their organisations, within a few years of graduating. They establish networks of highly skilled colleagues which will stay with them for life. Their relationships with other participants change from being fellow
participants to being business partners.
If you take part in the course you will study with and learn from a select group of peers, thus strengthening your leadership and interpersonal skills. While on the programme and, indeed,
through our graduates, participants will have access to a network of high-quality executive managers and professors. Simultaneously, they will be prepared for directing IT at strategic CIO level.

During my thesis for the Master of IT Management study at Delft TopTech I was supervised by Marijn Janssen. He knows the “magic” to motivate people and get things done. It was his continuous encouragements, professional advises and positive critiques that guided me through the journey of writing the thesis that scored the highest among other students. It was his constructive comment that made me delivering a strong and successful presentation to the examiners. You could not expect that a supervisor gives you fishes, but he will make you a good fisher. And, it was his smile that gave me confidence to face the challenges and to enjoy the success!
