This three day programme focuses on the structural development and influence of digital technology on consumers and marketing. During this programme the following will be discussed:

  • how to develop and apply the digital technology in your marketing in a consistent and profitable way
  • how to embed the internet within your multichannel organisation
  • how to apply the technology to develop new propositions and new business models.


The participants will gain:

  • Understanding of socio-cultural and technological trends that emerge out of the growth of digital technology;
  • Insights into the applications of the Internet for attracting and persuading prospective clients, closing deals and client servicing through specific channels, and developing new service propositions and business models;

  • Insights into how to embed internet between other (communication) channels;
  • Insights into how to develop new propositions with this technology and how to change business models;
  • A roadmap tailor-made to facilitate formulating your own marketing strategy.
