This three day Art of Project Management programme is highly interactive and is designed for senior managers, project managers and project team members who want to develop people and technical skills to become effective project managers.
The programme uses simple well tested management models to enable participants to remember new skills and competencies and to embrace them as part of the culture in the everyday workplace. The programme uses a five part model that allows participants to remember and utilise these newly acquired skills. The model covers Best Practice Tools and people side skills needed to run projects effectively - Planning, Controlling, and Reporting Team Building, Leadership, Communications, and Motivation.
Participants in 'The Art of Project Management’ will:
- Be able to put the concepts covered into practice immediately
- Discover the best practices and tools in planning, organising, controlling, managing project risks and delivering projects successfully
- Learn the 'people' competencies that must be integrated with the tools for the successful management of projects
- Learn how to organise and support projects
- Develop the ability to evaluate their current performance using a unique Assessment Inventory of Project Management Kit™. They can then use these results within their company for a complete 360-degree evaluation with their team, and their management
