As a project manager you will probably have noticed that projects do not always go as expected in spite of your knowledge and experience. How can you take continuously changing circumstances surrounding the project into consideration? How can you manage risks and complex issues? How can you monitor the situation and make adjustments to achieve a good project result? These are typical questions that are dealt with during the PRINCE2 Practitioner training course. In this Englishlanguage training course, you can intensify your knowledge and skills relating to the PRINCE2 methodology in the English language, which is the language of communication for PRINCE2. This course in English is ideal for project managers who work or would like to work in an international environment. The successful completion of this course provides you with a project management certificate that is held in high regard both at home and abroad.

Lesson preperation
Each lesson requires approximately 6 to 8 hours of preparation.
Method of study
During the course the focus is placed on the use and application of the PRINCE2 methodology in the English language. The theory is put into practice in (group) assignments whereby the concepts are concretized, leaving room for reflection on project management practice and the reciprocal exchange of experiences. Exercises, trial examinations and case studies provide optimum preparation for the examination. The entire course is given by an experienced project manager with broad practical experience of PRINCE2. The PRINCE2 Practitioner examination, in English, is held by ICM during the final lesson. ICM is renowned for having a very high pass rate for the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination.
Study material
The most recent study material (in English) is used. This complies fully with the guidelines and examination requirements of PRINCE2.
Toelatingseisen
Before starting the course you need to possess the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate. You have at least a higher education level of practical and intellectual ability, and you have some project management experience. You speak good English.
