I look back at an inspiring (busy) period. I look back at a unique learning experience with enthusiastic teachers, different kinds of students, and an interesting divers program.
I started my MBA because of personal reasons. I wanted to understand organizations better: Why do people do what they do? How can different disciplines in an organization be connected? I wanted to learn about the main disciplines, Marketing, Operations and Financial management. I wanted to understand those disciplines better and I do now. But also the ‘softer’ disciplines were really inspiring: Leadership, Cross cultural management, Communication skills got much attention. Running a business is mainly about interaction between people. ‘Softer’ disciplines help to connect the main disciplines. That is my MBA lesson!
