Leerdoel
In today’s business environment boundaries fade away and international sourcing is a continuous growing opportunity for companies. This trend will influence the way we do business and it will affect current en new international relationships. New media provides a variety of technical possibilities, but how does this affect your behaviour? What are the most important points of attention, what are the ‘do’s and don’ts’? These and other questions will be addressed in this program.
Formal bite-sized ‘input’ sessions from the trainer will be used to cover the subject matters which supports the objectives. The training style will be challenging, inspirational and energetic in order to encourage participants to step out of their ‘comfort zones’, exchange knowledge, and to challenge each other.
By means of role plays with video registration the participant can practice the different styles of communication, receive personal feedback on (non)effective behaviours.
Through this program participants will be able to
Understand the impact and influence of international sourcing on supplier relationships.
Understand that international aspects and culture make a difference in relationships.
Understand the impact cultural differences can have on the negotiation process.
