Essentials of Strategy This two day module has been created to equip you with a thorough understanding of strategy and the analytical and conceptual skills necessary for gaining strategic advantage and contributing to the success of your company. Essentials of Leadership This two day module will help you develop the skills you need to become a successful manager and leader of people. The many skills you must master include building trust, managing conflict and using positive emotions for better and faster decision making; plus motivating, coaching, and measuring the work of others. Furthermore, you are expected to develop your own personal, authentic leadership style and help people to cope with change. By looking at the importance of good communication skills and developing your ability to realise, mobilise and nurture the many talents of individuals and teams the module will help you become an outstanding leader and a role model for others. This module provides you with a comprehensive understanding of the basic concepts and practices of modern marketing. In two intensive days you will realise and apply the basic techniques of marketing, including branding, positioning, promotion, segmenting and targeting customers. Essentials of Finance
Essentials of Finance teaches you how financial data is reported and how it is used for decision making, performance measurement, business improvements and valuation. It will help you understand the financial impact of decisions and how to monitor financial performance, enabling you to communicate with and work effectively alongside financial specialists. This module will provide you with a wide range of the most commonly-used financial tools. Participants in the RSM Executive Course on ‘Essentials of Finance’ will:
One-day workshop on business improvement plan Real-world business challenges are often multi-faceted and require an interdisciplinary perspective, drawing upon your learning from the various Essential Programmes. This workshop is designed to help you solve complex business problems in your own company.

You bring your own company business problem to the workshop. At the end of the day, you will have developed a plan for solving the problem. During the following 12 weeks you will gather data, conduct analyses, and develop recommendations for solving this particular business problem. You will receive feedback and guidance from your coach. |
